Refund policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Items marked final sale, custom, or gift cards are not returnable.

How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at bloommirage.co@gmail.com  with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the return process.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
