Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

• UAE: 2–4 days

• International: 4–7 business days (depending on location)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders.

Order Tracking:
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order is lost, please file a claim with the carrier first, and contact us if further assistance is needed.
